Knowledge Dissemination, programming and monitoring and evaluation support for the Compete Caribbean + Trust Fund: Partnering for a Competitive, Equitable and Climate-Smart Region (CC+)

The objective of this TC is to support the execution of the Compete Caribbean + Trust Fund (CC+): Partnering for a Competitive, Equitable and Climate-Smart region (GN-2851-3) during 2024-2026, and specifically to support the capacity of the Fund Coordination Unit (FCU) to: (i) build networks to capture and disseminate best practices, knowledge and lessons learned; (ii) carry out dialogue with key stakeholders across the region for identification of catalytic projects; and (iii) strengthen monitoring and evaluability and complete the mid-term evaluation of CC+. The CC+ itself has been designed to improve gender-responsive sustainable growth and climate resilience of Caribbean countries' private sector by accomplishing three specific objectives: (i) improving competitiveness, climate action, and inclusiveness of Caribbean private sector; (ii) enhancing government capabilities to support climate-smart and gender-responsive businesses; and (iii) reinforcing research institutions and surrounding ecosystems to produce knowledge that supports climate-smart and gender-responsive public and private sectors.
