Strengthening alliances and cooperation for mutual aid to confront forest fires in Latin America and the Caribbean
The general objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to contribute to the preparation and response to wildfires, through the design and operation of a permanent regional mechanism of alliances and mutual aid between the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), in the context of the initiatives promoted by the Group of Experts on Forest Fires in Latin America and the Caribbean (GEFF LAC).
