Transport Decarbonization Policy Lab: Policies for Accelerating the Decarbonization of Transport

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the design of innovative transportation policies toward accelerating the decarbonization efforts in LAC. The specific objective is to bring new tools and techniques to policymaking in the transportation space, through the establishment of a collaborative platform involving the academia, development institutions, governments, and private sector, (the "Transport Policy Lab") bridging the gap between knowledge/research and practical policy making. The anticipated outcome of this TC is the acceleration of transport decarbonization policies across three key areas: electric mobility (e-mobility), low carbon logistics, and sustainable transportation in the Amazon region.
