Support the development of IDB's framework to support populations in fragile, violent and conflict-affected situations
The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the design of the IDB's "Framework to Support Populations in Situations of Fragility, Conflict and Violence (FCV)", and will finance pilot exercises within the Framework, which will help close knowledge gaps on the causes and manifestations of situations. FCV at the subnational level and to inform the Bank's operational response. In particular, the TC will finance the development and application of a methodology to identify FCV at the subnational level in Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC), being the first effort of this type in the region and the first at the subnational level among other Multilateral Development Banks (MDB).
