Strengthening knowledge and capacities to support climate change actions in LAC
This Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to improve critical knowledge and capacities/skill gaps to support and accelerate actions to address climate change challenges in LAC. It will be delivered through Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs). The specific objectives are to: (i) implement new MOOC to address the learning needs of stakeholders in the Region on climate change (ii) use existing MOOCs as a tool to strengthen the understanding of and action on climate change challenges, and to identify new actions to support the execution of the existing and new portfolio of operations in light of the region's interest in building climate-resilient and low carbon development pathways.
