Support for the institutional and technical strengthening of CIC Plata
The objective of this TC is to strengthen the institution of the Intergovernmental Committee of the River Plate Basin (CIC), as well as to support a portfolio of multisectoral investments that can be financed for the region in line with the investment plans and priorities of the countries and that respond to the critical transboundary issues identified in the Transboundary Analysis Diagnosis (DAT) and Strategic Action Program (PAE), offering countries an accelerated process to ensure investments with a basin approach.
