Strengthen the circular economy in Latin America and the Caribbean to promote the transition to these business models in the face of the economic recovery from COVID-19 and the mitigation of climate change. To achieve this, the project will design and implement a platform that articulates the demand and supply of reusable supplies between companies, to generate new markets. Likewise, the platform will make guides and good practices available to users regarding the circular economy, which will help the region to implement policies that promote this business model. Finally, a toolbox will be created for the design of alternative financial mechanisms aimed at promoting the transition towards zero and low-carbon waste processes and promoting an ecosystem favorable to this type of investment.
