To enhance the region's progress in trade facilitation and the creation of conditions to promote investment, this TC has the following objectives: (i) propose and develop a roadmap to implement a more efficient identification and reduction / elimination non-tariff measures (NTMs) that continue to affect subregional trade; (ii) prepare a conceptual and architectural proposal for a functional module, which would be integrated into the PDCC, focused on improving the automation of initiatives for the mutual recognition of product registration in the subregion; (iii) carry out an impact analysis of the border modernization processes in the subregion, systematize these analyzes and disseminate them; (iv) analyze the fiscal impact of trade liberalization and tariff reduction in the subregion; and v) identify logistical routes to strengthen value chains associated with trade in the region.
