Growing Together in the Americas Regional Program

The general objective of this TC is to support the growth and internationalization of women-owned or women-led SMEs as engines for economic reactivation and job creation in LAC. To achieve this, the TC will work on three complementary thematic axes: (i) develop capacities and productive improvements in companies to facilitate their integration into value chains; (ii) use and adoption of ICTs for the transformation and optimization of its business processes; and (iii) improve management and development of the financial structure of companies to facilitate their access to financing.
