RG-T3756 : Human Talent and Gender Equity for the Transformation of Public Administration in LAC

The main objective of this technical cooperation is to support LAC countries in the analysis of the transformations required to improve the composition of human talent in the Public Administration, including adapting their normative and regulatory frameworks, and improving the management of civil service and public wages. The purpose of these transformations is to propose strategies to attract and retain human talent in the Public Administration with the skills required for digital transformation, the production of citizen-centered services, collaborative governance and supply networks, the strategic management of investment in infrastructure, as well as improving the participation of women in senior public management.
