Strenghtening Skills and Technical Knowledge for Workers in LAC Towards a Transition to a Low Emission and Resilient Economy
The general objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to expand the knowledge on the climate change (CC) and environmental sustainability (ES) associated with labor markets and social security initiatives and projects. The TC will analyze: (i) occupations and skills needed in areas of climate change mitigation and adaptation; y (ii) opportunities to promote investment alternatives in the social security systems, which promote investments in environmental themes. This knowledge will allow us to improve the quality and relevance of work in initiatives and projects under design and execution in the labor markets and social security area, to respond to programmatic challenges to systematize the climate change and environmental sustainability areas.
