Strengthening Subnational Capacity to Bring Services to Citizens with Equity

The main objective of the technical cooperation is to implement compliance methodologies to improve the management and delivery of priority government program services, whose responsibility fall partially or totally on Subnational Governments (GSNs). Compliance methodologies will impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of the programs, in order to improve the coverage, quality and equity of the services they provide.
