The objective of this TC is to define the technical aspects of the Mesoamerican Education initiative, start the bilateral discussion with the participating countries, and involve potential strategic partners to build a regional alliance that supportes vulnerable young people in the region to (i) acquire foundational competencies and transversal skills demanded in the 21st century; (ii) progress adequately and graduate from secondary school, preparing them to successfully transition into the labor market or higher education; and (iii) engage in safe and stimulating learning environments that promote community security and learning.
