Connecting Youth in Latin America and the Caribbean with 21st Century Skills Learning and Accreditation Opportunities

The general objective of this TC is to support youth in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to effectively develop and certify transversal skills, connect to the labor market, and thrive in the 21st century. More specifically, the project aims to (i) develop a toolkit to curate learning contents, certify transversal skills, and match youth with jobs in the labor market; (ii) establish an advisory board to verify the quality of learning contents and assessment of transversal skills; and (iii) conduct a pilot in Colombia and disseminate results.
