Support to the Development of Sustainable Institutional Frameworks, Policies and Regulations in LAC
The objective of this operation is twofold: (i) to provide support to governments across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) towards institutional capacity building, focus in better understanding of how financial risks stemming from climate change, environmental degradation and social issues may impact financial stability and financial institutions; as well as (ii) to facilitate public policy framework enhancement to fostering sustainable finance and a carbon-emission mitigation and adaptation environment.
