With the support of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and its HydroHUB initiative, the main objective of this program will be to conduct detailed assessments at the country level - collecting information and identifying deficiencies - with the objective of contributing and shaping the formulation of a road map for the creation of high-level hydrometeorological services. As well as giving support to the agencies with workshops and seminars of professional update of technicians in the areas related to the evaluation. The activities that are part of this Technical Cooperation will be carried out in countries of the region where, together with the national agencies, problems have been identified during the implementation of the HydroBID system for water resources management.
