Support for Gender Parity Initiatives for the Economic Empowerment of Women
Support the consolidation of the Gender Parity Initiative (IPG) at the regional level. The specific objectives are: (i) to support the installation of the IPG in Colombia, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic; (ii) consolidate the IPG in Chile, creating a governance and sustainability proposal as of 2021; and (iii) to develop a proposal for a regional IPG methodology that includes lessons learned in countries with IPG already installed and the development of a system with common indicators.
