Personnel Management Practices in the Civil Service of National Statistical Offices in Latin America and the Caribbean
The objective of this TC is to analyze the personnel management practices of the National Statistical Offices (ONE) of the region, and propose recommendations to improve them, and thereby contribute to strengthening the statistical capacity of the countries. As a result of this research and analysis work, it is expected to identify areas of opportunity and offer concrete proposals for personnel management models that comply with international recommendations and best practices.
