The objective of this Regional Technical Cooperation proposal is to support the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) in the creation of mechanisms to share knowledge and global best practices in energy regulation and thus strengthen the technical capacity of their agencies regulators. Regulators in the energy sector share many challenges and opportunities for development, which can be effectively addressed through collective action and regional cooperation.
