The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support government counterparts and relevant entities in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), notably regulatory agencies, ministries and public energy companies, to increase their understanding of current energy practices in regulation, governance and policy tools in LAC vis-à-vis best international practice, including recommendations for improvement.
