Applied Behavioral Economics in Latin America and the Caribbean

This operation will address the demand of countries for increasing institutional capacity in the field of Behavioral Economics. The Bank, through the newly created working group on behavioral economics will maximize synergies and the generation of networks with partners and world-renowned specialists, in order to support countries in the region to design better public policies. In relation to this, the main objectives of this operation are: (i) to improve public policies in the region; y (ii) to strengthen institutions in the countries
