Taxation policies and its effects on tobacco consumption
The objective of this technical cooperation is to undertake analytical work that will assess taxation policies and its effect on tobacco consumption and its economic impacts. The results of the analysis would fill the information gap in the region in this topic, address the development issues of tobacco consumption and align the Bank with the international community in its efforts to curtail tobacco consumption in the region.
