Building digital innovation systems – The experience of Ruta N Medellin
The general objective is to support the institutional development of Ruta N as an instrument for the development of the digital economy in Medellin, and facilitate its regional projection to different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The specific objectives are to (a) Design and implement a program to facilitate the dissemination of the learning accumulated by Ruta N in the implementation of innovation policies and programs to other cities and regions of Latin America; (b) Strengthen the city's digital ecosystem, through the development of talent training programs and the use and appropriation of digital technologies; (c) Support the construction of the future vision of Ruta N Medellin.
