Support for the Design of Action Plans for the Implementation of Digital Identity Systems in Latin America and the Caribbean

To develop action plans to support the digitalization and strengthening of national identity systems in two countries in the region. Specific objectives are: (i) to create a methodological framework that allows analysis of the context and institutional capacity of identity systems in the region for digital ID implementation; (ii) apply the methodology in two countries in the region; (iii) for these countries, design an action plan for implementation, identifying any institutional, legal and/or technological challenges.
