Early Planning Finance for Sustainable Infrastructure in Latin America
The objective of the TC is to propose a mechanism to facilitate early planning in infrastructure to incorporate climate resilience early in the project cycle. The aim is to identify how best to accelerate the delivery of a pipeline of bankable, sustainable, and reduced risk infrastructure planning interventions to meet the Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goal commitments and to better understand the role of institutions (organizations, policies, planning, stakeholder engagement, and design approaches) in the development of infrastructure portfolios.
