The objective of this TC is to increase the leadership and influence of women in the citizen security and Justice Sector, as well as to raise awareness about the importance of women's leadership by providing opportunities for female law enforcement leaders to network with other rising leaders, facilitating the exchange of new knowledge, and improving collaboration and sharing of best practices among public officials.
