Support the consolidation of a regional network with ability to influence sector policies in countries for better consideration of the aspects related to climate change and integrated management of water resources. In this regard the use of the network for LAIF is in two ways , on the one hand the use of inputs produced by RALCEA to reinforce the objectives of LAIF, and secondly the use the network as a mechanism for dissemination of various aspects developed in the program.
