Technical Management of the Broadband Special Program

This operation will support the overall technical management of the Broadband Special Program (BBD) through the financing of its incremental operating expenses. This is consistent with the document that established BBD which set aside "a maximum of 7% of the annual allocation of ordinary capital resources is proposed to finance operating expenses" (GN-2704 paragraph 3.3).
