Support for the regional development of strategic alliances and cities included in the CES Program.
The objective of this TC is to finance preparatory studies for the action plans and pre-investment studies, which foster the proper development of strategic alliances and alternative models of implementation of the ESCI's methodology that have been developed with different actors of the region. Also, this TC will support the execution of studies and activities that facilitate the continuous improvement of the methodological tool of the initiative and its consolidation as a regional public good.

The final objective is to promote environmental sustainability, fiscal and governance sustainability, and integrated and sustainable urban development in the cities of the region. This operation is the continuation of the multisectoral effort that has been strengthening the Emerging and Sustainable Cities (ESCI), which will improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of LAC in the long term.
