RG-T2745 : Improving Public Sector Service Delivery through Knowledge Sharing

The main goal of this TC is to bridge the knowledge gap in public service delivery transformation and contribute to strengthening the institutional capacity of the governments in LAC to provide better public services, improve the quality of these services and increase citizen satisfaction with them. This will be achieved by making available to LAC Governments state of the art knowledge on innovative solutions for better service delivery and policy making for the implementation of these solutions. Documenting best practices and cases thoroughly, presenting them to LAC stakeholders and discussing them in regional forums will set the ground for the later provision of targeted technical assistance oriented toward the effective transfer of knowledge between Korea and the region.
