Support to the operations of REDCA and the need of additional Infrastructure
The goal of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Central American region develop a sustainable environment for the efficient and effective use of broadband services, through the support to the broadband regional operator REDCA. Specifically, the TC will contribute to (i) review REDCA's strategic plan; and (ii) develop technical, financial, environmental and social studies to assess the feasibility of new deployments to complete and upgrade the regional network.
