The main objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to facilitate the financing of development and adoption of new applications and technologies for productive development, especially SMEs, by providing technological solutions and identifying financial opportunities tailored to the specific problems each sector. This TC is also innovative in its methodology when looking for a meeting between the actors involved in the various systems involved: innovation, production and finance.
