RG-T2723 : Regional Advisory Program for PPP in Health Infrastructure

The purpose of the Regional Advisory Programme Public-Private Partnerships in health infrastructure (the "Program") is to support regional investment by model ("APP") Public Private Partnership, particularly in hospital infrastructure. PPPs are defined as "long-term contract between a private party and a public entity to provide an asset or public service in which the private party assumes a significant risk and responsibility of management, and compensation is linked to performance. The Programme aims to be a coordinated effort between the Division of Social Protection and Health ("SPH") and the Multilateral Investment Fund ("MIF") work.
