Knowledge and Innovation: Disaster and Climate-Resilient Coastal Zone Management

(i) consolidate and disseminate IDB¿s successful experience and reinforce empirical evidence in supporting the sustainable use of coastal and marine resources in the Caribbean through ICZM; and (ii) building on this, create new tools to support ICZM investment innovation and secure the Bank's long-term leadership in the field, emphasizing natural capital approaches, disaster and climate resiliency, ecosystem-based planning, technological advances, broad partnerships and dissemination.
