The objective of this TC is to promote more sustainable water services and rural and municipal sanitation , through: i) the definition of a model of technical assistance in the post- construction phase for providers in rural areas; ii) development of a model for monitoring of rural services and promote their use at the national, regional and municipal levels, and; iii ) promoting good practices in municipal management of water and sanitation services.
