To regionally adapt the new international regulations in order to facilitate the update of labor statistics according to the changes observed in the labor markets; by means of a common learning strategy that includes technical meetings, training workshops with national and international experts, generation of operational tools for data collection, performing cognitive and field tests that lead to a consensus on technical and practical criteria, a common conceptual and methodological framework for measuring labor statistics.
