RG-T2679 : Improving the quality of citizen security and justice public expenditure in LAC

The objective of this project is to contribute to improving the quality of citizen security and justice expenditure through: (i) the design of a standardized instrument to measure and evaluate the quality of expenditure (with a strong emphasis on prevention expenditure) and (ii) cost-benefit analyses of citizen security interventions with the greatest economic return. It is expected that both the standardized instrument and the cost-benefit analyses become inputs that inform the design and implementation of citizen security public policies in the region and support the design of Bank operations, in particular policy based loans.
