2.8 The objective of this TC is the strengthening of local innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems through the creation of IEDA (Innovation Ecosystem Development Accelerator). IEDA will have a regional approach and will provide a space for coordination and interactions among innovators, entrepreneurs, the academia, risk capital investors, and ¿foremost- strengthening of government and non-governmental relevant institutions and agencies responsible for innovation and entrepreneurship, thus fostering policy design and institutional development in these sectors for each of the countries.
