Reviewing Fiduciary Country Systems: Diagnostics and Impact Evaluations

The objectives of this TC is related I )to have new diagnostic assessments of fiduciary systems (PEFA/MAPS); (ii) the updating of these assessments (as a result of changes in financial management and/or procurement systems that directly influence some of the indicators); and/or (iii) studies that provide updated information regarding system performance and the impact of Using Country Fiduciary Systems in Bank financed operations. Additionally, and taking as inputs the diagnostics and results of these studies, it will support countries in the design and implementation of adequate strategic plans. The TC will also allow the Bank and borrowing countries to measure the operational effectiveness for the use of country systems.
