Regional consolidation of COMTELCA strategy and key topics for Central America
The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strength COMTELCA as coordinator and integrator of regulatory policies. A plan will be prepare taking into consideration key topics and actions related to aspects such as cloud computing, data centers and IXPs as a way to increase the efficiency in the provision of public services and reduce the international Internet connectivity charges.
