The main objective of this TC is to ease the development and use of new applications and services along the region by providing a set of recommendations (at the technical, financial, public policy and regulatory levels) on how to create and foster a robust applications and services ecosystem. Moreover, this TC will also help to define the adoption and use component in loan operations, there where governments want to focus on the development of the applications ecosystem.
