Capacity Building to Promote Broadband Access, Adoption and Usage in LAC
The objective of the project is to strengthen LAC countries institutional capacity regarding ICTs. The specific objective of the project is to design and deliver online tutored courses on broadband access, adoption and usage in the framework of the Physical Integration pillar of the abovementioned Capacity Building Program on Integration and the fourth pillar of the Broadband Initiative related to human capital.
