RG-T2468 : Generation and Dissemination of Knowledge for Innovation in Public Administratio

The main goal of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to contribute to the strengthening of the institutional capacity of the governments in the region to innovate and improve service delivery in response to citizens¿ needs. This objective is to be achieved by: (i) generating and disseminating knowledge regarding the factors that affect how governments and citizens interact, particularly the knowledge related to the analytical products generated by the TC RG-T2111; (ii) supporting measurement of service delivery quality; and (iii) fostering the interaction among public officials interested in implementing citizen-centric initiatives.
