The general objective of this TC is to support Latin American and Caribbean countries to enhance Open Government (OG) policies, strategies, action plans and tools. The specific objectives of this TC are: (i) support countries in designing and monitoring OG policies, strategies and action plans; (ii) strengthen countries¿ capacities to effectively implement OG solutions in the areas of public services, integrity and civil participation; (iii) promote south-south and extra-regional cooperation and regional policy dialogue.
