The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to promote a transition from existing fossil fuel generation capacity to renewable energy (RE) by presenting potential clients with a technically and financially viable transition package, based on a stable stream of revenues derived from their existing long term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and benefiting from the reduction in operating costs and other upsides such as tax incentives, that renewable energy projects entail.
