The objectives of the TC are: 1. To identify the BES Program's priority ecosystems 2. To be the first step in the role of improving information as well as improving the use of information on the status, threats, and benefits of priority ecosystems. 3. To illuminate areas within the LAC Region that need to be protected in order to ensure climate change resilience and environmental sustainability. 4. To increase the amount of economic information available for priority ecosystems.
