RG-T2295 : Broadband Policy Toolkit for Latin America and the Caribbean

The objective of this TC is to increase the awareness and understanding of the current status of broadband policies both on the supply and the demand side. To that objective, this TC has three specific intermediate goals: (i) to acquire knowledge about the regional status-quo in terms of public policy; (ii) to identify relevant policies and work done in that arena that will be useful to benchmark the regional LAC countries against reference countries in the world such as Korea (e.g. OECD work); and (iii) to build the final structure of the broadband toolkit (i.e. chapters and specific topics of the toolkit).
