In our region the concept of GIF is in a very early stage and uncoordinated development of study required actions proposed by Step and awareness for a development which requires the implementation of acceptable solutions. This TC will provide the conceptual and action plans to identify and effectuate the necessary investments in the countries applying Steps. It has application for CCA + PN and CAN to their countries.
