Labour Policy and Targeted Social Policy in the Caribbean

The purpose of the KD is to provide the information required for evidence-based social policy making in the Caribbean by relaxing three critical bottlenecks: (i) lack of data to support empirical analysis hindering the design of targeted public social policies; (ii) constrained capacity to measure results and learning process; and (iii) inadequate sharing of experiences among countries.
