RG-T2188 : Advisory Group to support the implementation of the Security Strategy for Centra

The objective of this TC is to strengthen the institutional capacities of SICA and the technical teams organized around the four components of the ESCA for the effective implementation of the Central American Security Strategy. This will be done through an expert advisory group of high national and international recognition, that: (i) advise the SICA in the definition of a framework focused on technical and strategic management of the ESCA (ii) advise specialized technical team committees of the ESCA, and (iii) contribute to the establishment of horizontal cooperation related to success stories or best practices among countries in the region and with other countries outside the region.
